Zafar Khan - Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Founder & Chief Executive Officer. Khan, identified by Citytech Magazine as among the top 100 global technology leaders, has strategy and finance experience with Braxton Associates/Deloitte Consulting and Goldman Sachs; and has been in the technology field for more than 10 years. He has worked to transfer U.S. Department of Energy National Lab weapons technology to industry and was one of 15 CEOs elected to participate in a U.S. Presidential Trade Mission. Khan has invented two U.S. patents, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University in Connecticut, an International Business Certificate from The Georgetown University School of Business, and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Terrance Tomkow - Director & Chief Technology Officer

Founder & Chief Technology Officer. Tomkow drives technology vision, invention, and oversees software development at RPost. Tomkow is one of the pioneers of electronic mail with over 20 years of email software invention. He authored one of the first electronic mail packages (winner of PC Magazine Editor's Choice) and was a University Lecturer on Logic and Artificial Intelligence. He has developed 19 email software patents. Tomkow holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Cambridge University in the United Kingdom.

Luis Zambrano - Vice President of Finance & Operations

Zambrano oversees general business operations for RPost. He has several years of strategic planning and corporate finance experience with Telefónica, a major telecommunications company in Europe and Latin America, and Citibank. A native of Argentina, Zambrano holds an MBA from The Anderson School of Business at UCLA, with a major in finance.

Tim Jenks - Vice President of Technology

Jenks manages design, security, and daily operations of RPost's global processing infrastructure. He has over ten years of experience in management information systems, network engineering and software development. Prior to RPost, Jenks was the information technology director at a global manufacturing company and, as a native of England, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom.

Alex Khan - Vice President of Products & Global Service Delivery

Khan oversees product development and service delivery on a global scale for RPost, managing teams in Europe, Latin America, USA and Australia. He has held senior management, operational, and teaching positions in the science and technology field for over 10 years. Khan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont and a Master of Education degree from the University of Massachusetts, specializing in science and technology.

Frank Maguire - Vice President of Business Planning & Strategy

Maguire contributes to the strategic direction of RPost, with particular focus on positioning RPost services for use within heavily regulated industries. Maguire spent 14 years working at the U.S. Department of Treasury, with ten of those years as Senior Deputy Comptroller of the Currency. Maguire worked in the U.S. Congress for 11 years in senior advisory positions with prominent committees and leadership members of Congress. Maguire has also spent four years lobbying for such organizations as the American Bankers Association.

David M. Wood - Vice President of Marketing

Wood drives global marketing, branding and communications for RPost. Having held vice president and senior director positions with internationally focused US, Israel and UK based companies - including Xircom, Emblaze, Beckman Coulter, Emulex and USWeb/CKS - Wood brings more than 20 years of technology marketing and consultancy management experience to RPost. A native of England, David attended Derby College of Art and Technology (now University of Derby).

Jerry Silver - Director of Corporate Development

Silver oversees legal, sales and marketing teams at RPost, building a foundation for corporate growth. A 20-year corporate attorney and member of the Pennsylvania Bar, Silver has built and run public and private companies in the healthcare and technology fields.

Jake Finnell - Director of Business Development

Finnell brings over 10 years of enterprise business development experience to RPost. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business & Marketing and is a native of Cape Cod.

Geographic Sales Leaders

Craig James – Director of Sales, US

James brings 20 years of enterprise sales and sales management experience to RPost. A former sales trainer, he has been published and quoted in publications such as Business Week, Sales and Marketing Management, and Selling Power. Graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Finance and Commerce and the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business.

David P. Wood – Business Director, United Kingdom

Wood brings over 30 years of sales and sales management experience to RPost, with a focus on telecoms and IT system sales. Wood has held senior sales positions with organizations such as British Airways, Pilkington, Sprint, Global One and Equant, where he was enterprise sales director responsible for developing global corporate accounts. Wood, a native of England, is an ardent sailor. 

Adrian Velazquez – Business Director, Latin America

Velázquez brings over 10 years of international and multi-jurisdiction transactions experience in private and public companies within technology sectors. In Silicon Valley, Velazquez participated in mergers, acquisitions and initial public offerings while working with organizations such as Latham & Watkins and Pillsbury Winthrop. Velázquez is a native of Costa Rica and speaks Spanish, English, French and Italian. He is an Attorney and holds a Master of International and Comparative Law degree from Complutense University of Madrid, Spain. Velázquez leads RPost's sales and business development efforts in Spanish speaking Latin America. He is a passionate football (soccer) player. 

Fernando Neves – Business Director, Brazil

Neves brings to RPost over 25 years of business management experience in multi-national companies. Neves has built and run private and public technology companies, acting as CEO, vice president of international business development and consultant to large enterprise companies in the US, Europe and Latin America. He has served for several years as a member of the Lotus/IBM Business Partner Executive Council. Neves, a native of Brazil, holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Faculdade de Tecnologia de Sao Paulo (FATEC) in Brazil and is a graduate of several executive programs at the MIT-Sloan School of Business.  Neves spends his spare time on the ocean, diving and windsurfing. 

David Powell – Business Director, Australia

Powell brings more than 35 years experience in government and private enterprise business management to RPost. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of NSW, Australia, and is a graduate of several executive programs at Harvard (overseas), Macquarie University and the Australian Institute of Management. He has held numerous senior management and operational roles in The Electricity Commission of NSW, Integral Energy, Industry Press International and Tocun, and has served as a board member of the Elecro Technology Industry Group Training Co Ltd in Sydney Australia.
