Email Efficiency Benefits
Benefits of RPost’s Email Efficiency services:
SideNote® Service
- Time Savings - Reduces the time and effort it takes to communicate private notes and special instructions or tasks regarding an email message to third parties
- Managing Email Overload - Streamlines communication with multiple parties into one message, cutting down on the number of emails in the sender’s outbox and the CC/BCC recipients’ inboxes.
- Storage Efficiency - By eliminating the extra messages to all CC’s or BCC’s with the follow-up note, helps to lower the volume of electronic records that need to be stored and indexed for e-discovery purposes.
- Risk Reduction - By giving email senders a fast and easy way to provide context around a message, service reduces risk that there will be a miscommunication about tasks or mishandling of sensitive information contained in an email.
Intake™ Service
- Ease – Simple to deploy and use. Business partners can participate and submit legally verifiable emails without the need for any special programs.
- Record of Content - Provides an admissible record of the data contained in the email and attachments for both parties (sender and recipient).
- Record of Time - Provides an admissible record of precisely what official time the data was received by the receiving company.
- Accountability - Provides accountability using standard SMTP protocols and standard email capabilities from both sides.
Register Reply™ Service
- Two-Way Record – Generates proof of delivery, content and time for both the outbound message and the reply back to sender. This establishes a Digital Handshake™ which is an authentic record of the transaction or negotiation.
- Ease - With the check of a box, sender enables any recipient to reply via Registered Email message without any extra software, procedures, or effort on recipient’s behalf. Recipient simply clicks “Reply” and response is automatically sent Registered.
- Convenience - Eliminates the process of printing -> signing -> faxing -> and calling to confirm a fax - anytime the sender needs to document a handshake agreement or understanding between two parties. Similar to mailing an agreement or contract with a pre-paid, pre-addressed envelope inside the original for the response.
