Email Efficiency Feature Summary
Retains proof of email received by your organization. You establish central mailboxes for information submission by email, and RPost provides both the sender and your company (as the recipient) verifiable evidence of the email body and attachment content as well as official time received. This is configurable to only permit inbound email from designated senders or based on designated message criteria, with unauthorized senders blocked in the cloud before reaching your network.

Returns recipient’s reply as a Registered Email message without the recipient needing any special software. Both parties are sent a Registered Receipt email as an admissible record of the back-and-forth email correspondence (content, attachments, times, etc.). This feature allows both parties to have a record of an ongoing discussion or negotiation. |
