The Intake™ service provides legally verifiable proof of the delivery status, content and time of email received by your organization. Use it to put an end to internal and external partners claiming they sent you something that you never received! To use this service, you first establish a central mailbox for information submission by email. This mailbox can be configured to receive email from any sender, or to only permit inbound email from designated senders or email with designated message criteria. Unauthorized senders can be blocked before reaching your network. Your business partners do not need anything special and do not need to sign up to a network in order to participate. They can use any email program. Once the email is sent to the central mailbox, RPost converts it to a Registered Email message and provides both the sender and your company (as the recipient) with a Registered Receipt™ email. This is verifiable evidence for both parties of the email body and attachment content as well as official time the message was sent and received.
