Novell GroupWise
To send an email using GroupWise, all you need to do is install the Registered Email® "Send Registered" button. The button is a plug-in that adds a "Send Registered" button on your compose page. The service does not touch the company mail server, it installs in minutes, and does not require the computer to be re-booted. For this installation, you need to have "administrative rights" to your computer. If you do not, you will need the assistance of your network engineer.

DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
- Close the Novell GroupWise client
- Download RPost Registered Email software
- Novell GroupWise Version 6
- Novell GroupWise Version 7
- On the Welcome screen click Next
- Accept the End User License Agreement
- Click Next to start the install process
- Follow the installation instructions until it says “Finish”

Installation problems
Make sure you have correct privileges to install software on your computer. If not, ask your IT manager to allow you to download the software.
Cannot find Delivery Receipts
Registered Receipts™ automatically go to a newly created “(R)eceipts” folder which is a subfolder of your Inbox. The folder is created upon installation of the Registered Email® button. Find the (R)eceipts folder under ‘Cabinet’.
