Zip Compression
Overview

The RPost Registered Email service includes features that add security, productivity and convenience to save time and money. Included, and on demand the sender can compress Office file attachments to reduce space in the receiver's mail box. |
Sender's View
Step 1: Compose a new Message and press the "Send Registered" button. |

Step 2: When the Registered Email feature pop-up appears, select the sending feature "Zip compress attachments" on the pop-up. This will compress the Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint file attachments. Next press the "Send" button. |

Receiver's View
Step 1: The receiver opens the email like any other message and the attachment is now Zip compressed. |
