Multiparty Signatures - eContract™
Overview
|
With RPost’s eSignOff® service, the message recipient can electronically sign and timestamp an email and attachments with one click. In many cases a contract may also require a countersignature from the sender or a third-party. RPost’s eContract™ service allows the sender and recipient to electronically sign and timestamp the same email message and attachment, creating a bilateral, legally binding and enforceable contract. How It Works:
Note: the service also allows both parties to forward the message and attachments to a third party for countersignature. |
