Los Angeles, CA – November 17, 2016 – RPost’s upgraded RMail cyber-security product is now available a click away for individuals and businesses worldwide that use any version of Microsoft Outlook. RMail has now been added to the largest Microsoft online stores and technology distribution channels.

RMail® is a security, compliance, and productivity add-in that empowers email users with all-in-one sending options including email encryption, open tracking, certified delivery proof, e-signatures, secure large file transfers, and advanced email imposter protection security. RMail® has been relied upon for important messaging by governments and businesses of all sizes for more than a decade.

The RMail add-in may now be installed or accessed with a few clicks from within Microsoft’s Office Store, Ingram Micro’s Cloud Marketplace, and specialty CRM platforms such as Applied Systems that build on Microsoft Outlook for email sending. Millions of individual and business users, and thousands of technology resellers access, use, and offer products from these platforms.

Business Users: Enterprise users may opt for the RMail Com add-in for Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook (all versions) with options for advanced configurations and additional security and compliance features.

Single Office and Home Office Users: Within Microsoft’s Office Store, users can install the RMail add-in, into users’ Microsoft Outlook Online email products: Office 365, Outlook.com, and Hotmail.com, regardless of browser, PC or Mac. (This complements a previously announced RMail app for Google’s Chrome marketplace where users can install the RMail add-in into the Chrome browser so that it runs inside the Gmail email interface).

Technology Resellers: RMail may be ordered as a cyber-security and productivity extension for clients from within the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace. As a Microsoft ISV partner, any Microsoft CSP can add RMail to its product line using RPost’s RPortal online provisioning tools.

“As a trusted provider of mail processing products and messaging services in Europe for more than two decades, we are pleased to offer RMail as a foundation of our e-communications offering for our tens of thousands of business customers across eight European countries that use Microsoft Outlook for daily email,” adds Volker Sommerfeld, Product Manager of Frama Communications. Frama is offering RMail via RPost’s new European datacenter, which is entirely isolated from other RPost datacenters. “With our network of resellers and agents across Europe, we chose to work directly with RPost, using their RPortal user provisioning tool to automate our customers’ access and reporting needs.” Frama Communications is offering RMail to its customer network in German, French, Italian, Dutch, Danish, and English.

“With greater market awareness of cyber security needs, along with the lure of better online productivity, we see a surge in demand for our RMail platform,” adds RPost CEO Zafar Khan. “While we have a strong foundation of thousands of business customers that have recognized the need for RMail, some for more than a decade, it is as if the rest of the world is now waking up to the RMail benefits. We welcome them wherever they are.”

RMail is always free for individuals in limited volume from RMail apps that run inside of all versions of Microsoft Outlook including Outlook.com; and Gmail.
