Output: Receive Data from the RPost Cloud
The RPost Cloud processing platform acts as an infrastructure extension to developers’ own software platforms to add legally valid proof and non-repudiation, security and compliance, electronic signature and authentication, and collaboration and deliverability services.
Receiving or retrieving data from the RPost Cloud platform can be achieved in a variety of ways, the most common is by email.
- Message Output: The most common output product of the RPost Cloud platform is a specialized message – a Registered Email message, encrypted Registered Email message, digitally signed and sealed PDF, or document set for recipient electronic signoff. There are many others, but these are the most common. Most opt to send data for processing where the recipient receives the post-processed product in the form of an email or attachment to an email. Some prefer to have the post-processed product dropped into a secure online temporary repository where they can programmatically or have recipients manually retrieve or pull data from that online secure storage area.

These analytics can be returned in a variety of formats by email, temporarily stored for programmatic retrieval, or via specialized web-dashboards.

c. These are typically delivered as Registered Receipt emails, certified reports, digitally signed PDFs or emails with attachments protected with an RPost Digital Seal cryptographic mark. Some of these formats have XML schemas that permit organizations to extract certain data and organize the evidence output in archive or records management systems.
