Henri Isenberg –
Director, RPost. Mr. Isenberg is the Vice
President of Corporate Business Development
for Symantec Corporation, the leader in Internet
Security software. He is responsible for leading
Symantec’s Mergers and Acquisitions,
Corporate Investments, Technology Licenses
and Patent Licenses. His responsibilities
span from deal identification, negotiation
and integration. In the last 8 years, Mr.
Isenberg has driven dozens of transactions
totaling over $1.9 Billion. Mr. Isenberg has
been at Symantec for over 16 years. During
his tenure with Symantec, he held various
technical and management positions including
Chief Architect of AntiVirus and Security
products and Development Manager of Utility
products including Norton Utilities. He graduated
from UCLA’s School of Engineering with
a degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
He has an M.B.A. from Woodbury University.
Mr. Isenberg is an inventor of several patents
on behalf of Symantec. |

Brigadier General Richard W. Pryor
(U.S. Air Force-Retired) – Director, RPost.
Pryor has been in the telecommunications
business for over thirty years, starting
with the military, where he served as a
General Officer and Chief of Staff of the
United States Air Force Communications
Service, a 55,000 member strong agency that
provided air traffic control and
communications to the Air Force and other
services, and later as the director of the
Defense Communications Systems, a 17,000
person joint command, with the ARPANET and
MILNET -- the first e-mail platforms -
funded and reporting to the Defense
Communications Systems during this time.
Following his Air Force career, and
beginning in the 1980's, he headed some of
the most important telecommunications
companies in the United States. He has
served as President of ITT WorldCom,
America's second largest international
telecom company; President of Interdigital,
the company responsible for the worlds
cellular networks through licensing of its
patents in Asia, Europe and the United
States; founder and CEO of Ultranav, the
company that invented the software now found
in 30% of 2004 model automobiles (the
vehicle location and routing system using
GPS); and, as Executive Vice President of
EDS's Communications corporation.

Carole Krechman –
Director, RPost. Krechman is currently the
Managing Director of Digital Directions
Group, an investment-consulting and
structured capital development firm founded
a decade ago in Beverly Hills. Since The
Group's founding in 1998 she has
participated in the strategy for the
acquisition of over $250 million dollars in
private equity with focus on technology and
real estate. She has led entrepreneurial
ventures in the USA and Asia for over 20
years. |

General Alfred M. Gray
(U.S. Marine Corps-Retired) - A 41-year Marine,
29th Commandant of the Marine Corps and Member
of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Currently a
member of advisory boards for the National
Security Agency and the National Reconnaissance
Office and Chairman of the Regents and Senior
Fellow at the Potomac Institute for Policy
Studies. Principal architect of the current
Marine Corps Warfighting Philosophy (FMFM-1).
His vision, long range planning and warfighting
philosophy have led the Marine Corps into
the 21st century. |

Michael F. Nold - As Senior Director of
Corporate Strategy for Hewlett Packard, Michael
leads the global strategy group and is chiefly
responsible for driving key growth initiatives,
competitive strategy, and facilitating HP’s
strategic planning process. Michael has served in
similar strategy and marketing capacities for Bain &
Company, a leading global strategy consulting firm,
Pratt & Whitney, and Avanex Corporation. Michael
also served as Director of Acquisitions for Internet
Capital Group where he drove venture capital
investments in mid/late-stage technology start-ups.
He began his career at International Paper as an
engineer and production manager. Michael earned an
MBA from The Wharton School and an engineering
degree from the University of Michigan. |

General Richard I. Neal
(U.S. Marine Corps-Retired) - Served as Assistant
Commandant of the Marine Corps (1996-1998).
His career was marked by command at every
level, including the Second Marine Division.
In addition to business pursuits, he is currently
the senior mentor for the Marine Corps. |

Harris Gordon
- With nearly thirty years of industry and
consulting experience, Harris Gordon co-led
the CRM Practice at Bearing Point. He has
worked with both domestic and international
direct and database marketers in several
industry sectors, has published many books
and is a frequent speaker on CRM Topics at
industry conferences. |

Carm Adimando
- Former CFO of Pitney Bowes and was responsible
for every major acquisition and divestiture
of the Company during his 17 years with the

Jeffrey Durham - Jeffrey
Durham is a global application delivery management
expert with both secure and non-secure messaging
experience in the telecom and Internet sectors.
As a manager of Global Business Development
he successfully licensed technology for Infonet
Services Corp. and worked with many of the
European and Asian Telcos. Jeffrey has a clear
understanding of the value of creating global
standards having identified the opportunity
and managed Telstra's response to the DVD
Copy Control Association in their pursuit
of an invisible digital watermark to protect
the integrity of digital content. |
