pioneers of electronic mail with over 15
years of e-mail software invention. He
authored one of the first electronic mail
packages (winner of PC Magazine Editor's
Choice). Tomkow developed the "Intranet" for
GeoCities, and was a University Lecturer on
Logic and Artificial Intelligence. He has
developed six e-mail software patents
(pending). He earned a Ph.D. in Philosophy
