RPost offers a suite of Registered E-mail® services
and records management features that are
commercially available and used daily by customers:
Registered E-mail®: recipient is aware sender has
verifiable proof of content (e-mail body and
attachments) and official time sent and received.
(C)onfidential:
recipient is unaware sender has verifiable proof of
content and official time sent and received.
Register Reply™: record an e-mail dialog or
agreement between two parties, with each receiving
verifiable proof of content and official time their
e-mail correspondence was sent and received, in the
back-and-forth of the transaction.
Digital Seal™: sender and recipient both have
verifiable proof of the original e-mail content and
official time sent to the recipient. The recipient
or future recipient can verify sender authenticity,
time sent, and original content transmitted.
(O)fficial:
recipient is aware that sender has verifiable proof
of content and official time sent and received, with
the proper markings to protect government users from
inadvertent disclosure in a Freedom of Information
Act request.
Registered & Encrypted™: If the sender and recipient
have exchanged their standard public key digital
certificates, the sender may send their e-mail such
that the recipient is aware sender has verifiable
proof of content and official time sent and
received, as well as ensure that no party other than
the recipient can view the content of that e-mail.
Registered & Signed™: If the sender has a standard
public key digital certificate, the sender may send
their e-mail such that the recipient can verify
sender authenticity and e-mail integrity, in
addition to the Registered E-mail® functionality.
