Step 1a:  Countersign E-mail (OPTIONAL)

In some cases a contract may need to be countersigned by the sender or a third party.  RPost provides a signature with the "Digital Seal" service that signs an e-mail using a signature that time and date stamps the message and allows the receiver to verify authorship and authenticity of the message and attachments.

1. Sender forwards the message to themselves, original recipient or third party with the attached contract.

2. Press the "Send Registered" button and the feature pop-up appears (see below).
