PDA and Web Access Sending

 Feature Summary:

The RPost allows users to send Registered E-mail messages by either (a) adding the suffix ".rpost.org" to the end of the recipient address; or (b) by adding "(R)" to the beginning of the subject line with the server implementation.

Sender's ViewReceiver's View

No Software needed:  Compose a new message in your PDA or Web Access program; add the suffix ".rpost.org" to the end of the recipient address and press send.

Server Implementation:  Please ask about a server implementation where the sender can be on web mail, PDA or any corporate environment and all the sender needs to do is put an "(R)" in the beginning of the subject line for the e-mail to go out as a Registered E-mail message.

NOTE:  Other features are available with the server implementation by inserting different triggers at the beginning of the subject line:

     (C)   for Registered and "Confidential"; without a banner or markings

     (O)   for Registered and "Official" e-mail

(R+) to Register the receiver's reply

     (S)   for the Digital Seal
