Register Reply™
 
The Register Reply™ service establishes a Digital Handshake™ by recording an authentic record of the transaction or negotiation. It records agreement between two parties by e-mail, fully electronic. Further, the sender can enable ANY receiver to reply via Registered E-mail® without any extra software, procedures, or effort while generating a Registered Receipt™ for the receiver. It (1) does NOT require any additional effort by the receiver; (2) provides both parties with final tamper-detectable electronic record of the entire negotiation, agreement, dialog; and (3) the recipient does not have to be enabled with the RPost™ service.

The Reply Registered™ service can eliminate the process of printing -> signing -> faxing -> and calling to confirm a fax - anytime the sender needs to document a handshake agreement or understanding between two parties.

With the Reply Registered™ service, the sender is enabling the receiver to reply to that specific e-mail with a Registered E-mail® in such a way that both parties will receive a Registered Receipt™ documenting that entire transaction.

Sample language that could be used to execute a contract or purchase order using the Register Reply service feature follows:
 
Dear XXXX,
   
Thank you for your order.
   
1. If you accept and agree to the contract/purchase order contained in the attached file and associated with this e-mail, please reply to this e-mail;
   
2. Type "I hereby agree to and approve all of the terms and conditions as set out in this e-mail and associated e-mails and attachments pursuant to the E-SIGN and UETA electronic signature statutes."
   
3. Then type your name, followed by, "accepts for and on behalf of" and follow with your entity name.
   
4. Send
   
  I have sent this e-mail electronically signed and "Registered" with the Register Reply service. After you reply as noted above, you will receive a Registered Receipt that you can save in electronic format as your tamper-detectable, time-stamped, electronic record of this agreement.

This service feature is entirely unique in the marketplace and functions regardless of the receiver's e-mail system or ISP. It works for any recipient and any e-mail address. It is an RPost built-in capability so no special software or passwords are needed and the receiver needs nothing on their end.

Simple to use: To establish a Digital Handshake™ with the recipient, just type an (R+)™ in the beginning of the subject field of any e-mail (server installation), or click on the Send                   (R)egistered™ button in your e-mail program (desktop installation) and then select the "Register Reply™" service

Does the receiver have to be on the same platform to receive a Registered Reply™ e-mail or a Registered Receipt™?
One of the unique aspects of the Reply Registered™ feature is that the sender can enable ANY receiver to reply via Registered E-mail® . The receiver needs no extra software, there are no downloads, no click-throughs, nothing additional. The sender and receiver need NOT be on the same platform for this service to function.
