RPost’s SideNote™ Service Improves
Efficiency, Cuts Down On Email Volume |
RPost’s SideNote service is a new productivity tool designed to
save time, cut down on email overload, and improve overall
collaboration. The service works as part of RPost’s Registered Email®
services, which provide the sender with legally valid evidence of
precisely what email content and attachments were sent and received, by
whom, and when.
With one keystroke, business professionals can now clearly delineate
roles, expectations, and next steps regarding an email to more
effectively manage communications. With SideNote, when the primary
recipient receives the Registered E-mail message with the SideNote
feature engaged, she sees only the original message without the sender’s
special annotated side message. When the cc: or bcc: recipients receive
this same message, they see the separate SideNote message embedded above
the original message.
The SideNote service streamlines communication with multiple parties
into one message, cutting down on the number of emails in the sender’s
outbox and the recipients’ inboxes. It also gives senders a fast and
easy way to provide context around a message and reduces the risk of
mishandling sensitive information in an email.
