| Sending Registered E-mail |

Desktop Installation
Once the Registered E-mailŪ service is installed
for the sender, the sender simply presses the
"Send (R)egistered™" button and can then
opt to choose additional features. The receiver
needs nothing on their end.

Compose
an e-mail like you always do.

Send the message to anyone in the To, Cc or Bcc
fields (up to 100 addresses per message).

Add
attachments, graphics and your signature if
desired.

If
the message is important, click the "Send
Registered" button.

5. Choose any features you would like to use, on
demand, no additional charge.

If the Registered E-mail service is installed
on the sender's mail server or are using the
service through an RPost Integrated Partner, the sender types an
" (R) " in the beginning
of the subject line of any e-mail and that particular
e-mail will be sent "Registered".

Send the message to anyone in the To, Cc or Bcc
fields.

At the end of the recipient address add the
suffix ".rpost.org".
