The author of eight books published in four languages, her titles include E-Mail Management, E-Mail Rules, The ePolicy Handbook, and Writing Effective E-Mail.

Judge Dana Senit Henry now serves as a mediator, arbitrator and private Judge, after working as a Judicial officer of the Los Angeles County Superior Court for many years. She has been an advisor and commissioner to city, county and state agencies, corporations and community based organizations.

Stanley Gibson is a litigation partner at the law firm of Jeffer Mangels Butler Marmaro LLP in Los Angeles, California, and is co-founder of the Discovery Technology Group. An experienced trial lawyer, he has focused on high-stakes cases involving complicated technology. He also counsels clients on electronic information management and e-discovery. He is the co-author of “Records Retention for Enterprise Knowledge Management”, BNA Corporate Practice Series.
