He has spent a majority of his professional career as founder, CEO, financial advisor or consultant to both public and private companies. Silver is an expert in applications of messaging technology in relation to electronic discovery, admissibility of e-mail evidence, and the case law and statutes involving e-mail in dispute resolution situations. Silver currently serves as director of corporate development for RPost.
