Cancel Transaction

Cancel The Signing Transaction & Envelope

Follow the instructions below if you wish to cancel a signing request you sent or was sent from a user you administer.

  1. In the Manage tab, locate the envelope that is to be cancelled. An RSign Envelope may only be cancelled if it has the status of Waiting for Signature in the Current Status.

  1. Expand the envelope by clicking the   icon and click the Cancel Transaction.

  1. On the pop-up confirmation window, click the green check box.

  1. The user is brought back to the MANAGE tab and the envelope has the status of Transaction Cancelled.

    1. Any signers/recipients who received this envelope to sign will be informed the transaction has been cancelled when they click “View and Sign Document” in the signing request email.
