Store Signed PDF in Manage Folder

With RSign you can store signed documents within RSign and download them in the RSign MANAGE tab. This feature is enabled by default, but can be modified or disabled.

In the Send Tab

In the SEND tab under OPTIONS, you (the sender) may enable or disable the option to store the current document within RSign to download later.

  1. Y: Store signed PDF is enabled (set as default).
  2. N: Store signed PDF is disabled.

SETTINGS Tab

In the SETTINGS tab, under GENERAL SETTINGS, you have the option to enable or disable the Store signed PDF setting and pre-set a default value.

  1. Options: Lists the setting Store signed PDF.
  2. Enable?: Controls if the setting will be visible in the Send tab or not.
    1. Checked: Store Signed PDF will be visible in the OPTIONS section within the SEND tab.
    2. Unchecked: Store Signed PDF setting will not be visible in the OPTIONS section within the SEND tab.
  3. Default Value: Controls the default value for Store signed PDF.
    1. N: If set to “N” the final signed PDF will not be stored within RSign. The final signed will only be available once and will be included as an attachment in an email sent once the document is signed and completed.
    2. Y: If set to “Y” the final signed PDF will be stored within RSign and can be downloaded within the Manage tab.

End User Experience

If the feature Store signed PDF is enabled, the final signed document is stored in the MANAGE tab and may be downloaded by clicking the Download button inside the expanded envelope section.
