Inventor of Registered Email services RPost has announced collaboration with Renaissance Alliance Insurance Services, an independent insurance agency aggregator, to deploy RPost hosted Exchange services, helping records automatically routing to the Alliance members’ insurance agency management systems.
To Renaissance Alliance users, the combination of RPost’s Registered Email service — for permanent evidence and receipt of mailing — and RPost’s Email Encryption and Electronic Signature services provide with powerful tools to mitigate E&O exposures, increase business efficiency, and ensure compliance with data privacy requirements.
If there is an E&O dispute or compliance audit, these RPost services provide Alliance member agencies the advantages of legally compliant, auditable records of email transactions and compulsory encryption, said company officials.
“We chose to use RPost’s Registered Email, E-Signature and Email Encryption services for our high value outbound messages as they provide comprehensive and valuable service features that run on the most robust secure messaging platform,” said Bob Schackner, director of competitive edge services at Renaissance Insurance.
For Renaissance, RPost’s email encryption service addressed key points of interest, including simplicity for senders, integrated into agency management systems; a high response rate for recipients accessing encrypted email; auditable proof of compliance; ability for recipients to reply with encryption; support for compliance with e-discovery; and more.
“The RPost service is designed to hide the technical complexities and provide for maximum configuration flexibility,” said Zafar Khan, CEO at RPost. “We are pleased to have been in a position to contribute to further automate business processes for Renaissance Group.”
Earlier in June, RPost released a comprehensive email encryption service upgrade that builds upon RPost’s stable secure messaging platform that was the insurance industry’s top pick in the CIAB Buyer’s Guide for Email Encryption and recipient of the World Mail Award for Best in Security.
