BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Zafar Khan - Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, RPost Communications

Founder & Chief Executive Officer. Khan, identified by Citytech Magazine as among the top 100 global technology leaders, has strategy and finance experience with Braxton Associates/Deloitte Consulting and Goldman Sachs; and has been in the technology field for more than 10 years. He has worked to transfer U.S. Department of Energy National Lab weapons technology to industry and was one of 15 CEOs elected to participate in a U.S. Presidential Trade Mission. Khan has invented two U.S. patents, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University in Connecticut, an International Business Certificate from The Georgetown University School of Business, and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Terrance Tomkow - Director & Chief Technology Officer, RPost Communications

Founder & Chief Technology Officer. Tomkow drives technology vision, invention, and oversees software development at RPost. Tomkow is one of the pioneers of electronic mail with over 20 years of email software invention. He authored one of the first electronic mail packages (winner of PC Magazine Editor's Choice) and was a University Lecturer on Logic and Artificial Intelligence. He has developed 19 email software patents. Tomkow holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Cambridge University in the United Kingdom.

Brigadier General Richard W. Pryor (U.S. Air Force-Retired) – Director, RPost Communications

Pryor has been in the telecommunications business for over thirty years, starting with the military, where he served as a General Officer and Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force Communications Service, a 55,000 member strong agency that provided air traffic control and communications to the Air Force and other services, and later as the director of the Defense Communications Systems, a 17,000 person joint command, with the ARPANET and MILNET -- the first email platforms - funded and reporting to the Defense Communications Systems during this time. Following his Air Force career, and beginning in the 1980's, he headed some of the most important telecommunications companies in the United States. He has served as President of ITT WorldCom, America's second largest international telecom company; President of Interdigital, the company responsible for the worlds cellular networks through licensing of its patents in Asia, Europe and the United States; founder and CEO of Ultranav, the company that invented the software for automobile vehicle location and routing using GPS); and as Executive Vice President of EDS Communications corporation.

Carole Krechman – Director, RPost Communications

Krechman is currently the Managing Director of Digital Directions Group, an investment-consulting and structured capital development firm founded a decade ago in Beverly Hills. Since the Group's founding in 1998 she has participated in the strategy for the acquisition of over $250 million dollars in private equity with focus on technology and real estate. She has led entrepreneurial ventures in the USA and Asia for over 20 years.

Mark Readinger– Director, RPost Communications

Readinger is a global business leader with 20+ years of Fortune 500/multinational leadership including C-level and corporate strategic planning roles at Joy Global, TRW and Texas Instruments.  His global business acumen and entrepreneurial drive is complemented by in-depth insights into US economic and domestic policy as a White House Fellow, MBA, West Point graduate and extensive offshore experience as both a Board Member and executive leader.
A Cleveland, Ohio native, Mark graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1975.  He served in the Army as an officer for six years and earned an MBA from University of Louisville in 1980.  He was awarded a White House Fellowship in 1988 and served as a Special Assistant to the President on the Economic & Domestic Policy Council; a Cabinet level organization within the White House.  Mark has experienced the challenge of leading a start-up; and coordinating and integrating philosophical and cultural differences into a winning team with common goals as the President and COO of an international capital goods manufacturer ($1.4B).

 

STRATEGIC ADVISORS

Frank Pacello (U.S. Marine Corps-Retired)

24 years of Marine Corps service; over 20-years with Sprint in Senior/Executive positions including Area Vice-President for Europe, Africa and the Middle East for Sales, and heading the DOD Group for Sprint Government Systems.

General Alfred M. Gray (U.S. Marine Corps-Retired) - A 41-year Marine

29th Commandant of the Marine Corps and Member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Currently a member of advisory boards for the National Security Agency and the National Reconnaissance Office and Chairman of the Regents and Senior Fellow at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies. Principal architect of the current Marine Corps Warfighting Philosophy (FMFM-1). His vision, long range planning and warfighting philosophy have led the Marine Corps into the 21st century.

General Richard I. Neal (U.S. Marine Corps-Retired)

Served as Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps (1996-1998). His career was marked by command at every level, including the Second Marine Division. In addition to business pursuits, he is currently the senior mentor for the Marine Corps.

Carm Adimando - Former CFO of Pitney Bowes

Responsible for every major acquisition and divestiture of the Company during his 17 years with the firm. He is an M&A and global postal expert.

Judge Dana Senit Henry (ret.)

After working as a Judicial officer for many years now serves as a mediator, arbitrator and private Judge. She has been an advisor and commissioner to city, county and state agencies, corporations and community based organizations.
