Changing Signer

RSign users may need to edit a signer’s email address or resend the envelope to one or more new recipients for signature after it has been sent.

Workflow

  1. Click the MANAGE tab.
  2. Locate the envelope to be resent to a new signer.
    1. Note, the envelope status must be Waiting for Signature in the Current Status column.

  1. Click the icon to expand the envelope and click the Re-Send button.

  1. Click the pencil icon to edit the name and address.

  1. Enter the new Name and Email.

  1. Press the red check box.

  1. Press the Send icon or the Resend to All button to send the envelope again.

  1. The envelope in the MANAGE tab is updated with the new Resent entry.
